ELOVATECLUB — Official Tournament Terms & Rules

1. General Conduct

All participants must maintain professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times.
Toxic behavior, harassment, racism, or any form of disrespect towards players, staff, or spectators is strictly prohibited.
Players are expected to uphold the values of fair play, honesty, and sportsmanship during every ELOVATECLUB event.

2. Eligibility

All players must register through the official ELOVATECLUB platform or Discord server before the event begins.
Players must provide accurate account information (Apex Legends username, platform, etc.) to ensure proper identification.
ELOVATECLUB reserves the right to verify player identity or eligibility at any time.

3. Event Attendance & Scheduling

If a player fails to attend or participate in a confirmed tournament or scrim, no refund will be issued.
Late arrivals may be disqualified at the discretion of ELOVATECLUB staff.
Players who miss matches or disconnect intentionally will forfeit any potential rewards.
Consistent absence from scheduled events may lead to suspension from future ELOVATECLUB tournaments.

4. Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed, unless an event is officially canceled by ELOVATECLUB.
No refunds will be given for missed tournaments, voluntary withdrawal, or technical issues on the player’s end.
In cases of proven platform or organizational error, ELOVATECLUB management may issue partial or full refunds at their discretion.

5. Cheating, Exploits, and Account Sharing

Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorized third-party software (aimbots, macros, scripts, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
Any attempt to manipulate match results, boost unfairly, or falsify performance data will lead to immediate disqualification.
Players caught cheating or enabling cheating in any way will receive a permanent ban from ELOVATECLUB tournaments, scrims, and community events.
Suspicious gameplay may be reviewed and investigated by ELOVATECLUB staff. Evidence of cheating will result in public disqualification and permanent account restriction.

6. Streaming & Content Use

Players are encouraged to stream ELOVATECLUB tournaments as long as they comply with event guidelines.
ELOVATECLUB reserves the right to use gameplay clips, screenshots, and broadcasts for promotional or highlight purposes.
Any misuse of ELOVATECLUB branding or unauthorized content reproduction is prohibited.

7. Prize Distribution

Prize payouts will be processed only after all results are verified and approved by tournament administrators.
Players must provide accurate payment details. Failure to do so may result in prize delays or forfeiture.
In the case of disqualification, prizes will be reallocated to the next eligible competitor or team.

8. Rule Enforcement

All rules are subject to interpretation by ELOVATECLUB administrators.
ELOVATECLUB reserves the right to modify rules, event structures, or requirements at any time to preserve fair competition.
Decisions made by the ELOVATECLUB management team are final and non-negotiable.

9. Disciplinary Actions

Violating any of the above rules may lead to temporary or permanent bans from ELOVATECLUB events.
Forfeiture of entry fees and prizes.
Disqualification from ongoing and future tournaments.
Repeated or severe violations — including cheating, harassment, or result manipulation — will result in a lifetime ban.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or participating in any ELOVATECLUB event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Rules.
Participation signifies full acceptance of all ELOVATECLUB policies regarding fair play, refunds, and competitive conduct.
